On receipt and full payment of an order, an email confirmation will be sent to you to confirm your order. By placing an order, you acknowledge that you have read and understood these Terms and Conditions and agree to accept and be bound by them. Upon confirmation, all orders are subject to our Terms and Conditions.

Once goods are despatched, cancellation of an order cannot be effected.
PHARMAONLINE will endeavour to ensure that products displayed on the Site are available. However, PHARMAONLINE cannot guarantee stock availability. As such, PHARMAONLINE will not be liable for stock unavailability or for any direct, indirect, incidental, special, consequential or exemplary damages, damages from loss of profits, goodwill, data or other intangible losses, due to stocks being unavailable for purchase.

If any of our products are found to be damaged or different from what you ordered, you may request a refund in which your order is returned to us along with a copy of your purchase receipt (at our cost) for a full refund or replacement.

All items are sent from our Laverton North warehouse in Melbourne, Victoria. We endeavour to process orders within 1 full business day and aim to have items delivered to you within 7 to 10 working days from your order submission.
All orders are sent nationally via Australia Post with a flat postage rate of $5 and your invoice will be sent to your nominated email address in your account profile.
Your credit card will not be charged until your order is ready to send in full. We will contact you within 1-2 business days of your order submission if any items are either out stock or otherwise unavailable to discuss alternative arrangements.

PHARMAONLINE will endeavour to track the status of the delivery and advise you accordingly. If your goods are lost in transit, PHARMAONLINE will replace the item and re-deliver at no cost to you. PHARMAONLINE reserves the right to investigate the nature of the non-delivery before agreeing to replace the item and re-deliver at its cost. If non-delivery is due to an incorrect delivery address provided by you, PHARMAONLINE will not be liable for the cost of replacing or resending the goods to the correct address.

PHARMAONLINE will replace or repair defective goods and re-deliver at no cost to you. PHARMAONLINE however reserves the right to investigate the nature of the defect before agreeing to replace or repair the item and re-deliver at its cost.
If goods are found to be defective, return freight charges will be borne by PHARMAONLINE. PHARMAONLINE shall not be liable for any direct, indirect, incidental, special, consequential or exemplary damages, damages from loss of profits, goodwill, data or other intangible losses, resulting from defective goods.
Please note: If goods are found to be not defective on return, the cost of the return and re-delivery will be chargeable to you.
