Directions
One serving (30g) of Redbak STING in 200-300ml of water approximately one hour before a workout. DIRECTIONS FOR USE: Add 200–250ml of water or skim milk into a Redbak shaker. Add 40g of product and shake vigorously for 30 seconds. Add more or less liquid for a thinner or thicker consistency. Seal bag immediately after use.
