PUBLIC HOLIDAY: FRIDAY 30th SEPTEMBER 2016

Please note that PharmaOnline despatch facilities will not be operating on Friday 30th September due to the AFL Grand Final public holiday. This is a Victoria-only public holiday, however as our Head Office and Despatch Warehouse are based in Melbourne, business and despatch will resume the following Monday.

SHIPPING

All orders over $49 will receive free shipping. All orders under $49 will incur a flat postage rate of $5. Your invoice will be sent to your nominated email address that you enter at checkout. All orders are sent nationally via Australia Post Standard Delivery.

All items are sent from our Laverton North warehouse in Melbourne, Victoria. We endeavour to process orders within 1 full business day and aim to have items delivered to you within 7 to 10 working days from your order submission.

We will contact you within 1-2 business days of your order submission if any items are either out of stock or otherwise unavailable, to discuss alternative arrangements.

PLACING AN ORDER

On receipt and full payment of an order, an email confirmation will be sent to you to confirm your order. By placing an order, you acknowledge that you have read and understood these Terms and Conditions and agree to accept and be bound by them. Upon confirmation, all orders are subject to our Terms and Conditions.

ORDER CANCELLATION

Cancellation of orders must be notified to PharmaOnline.com.au immediately. To cancel an order, you can contact 1800 452 177 or info@pharmaonline.com.au. Once goods are despatched, cancellation of an order cannot be effected.

STOCK AVAILABILITY

PharmaOnline.com.au will endeavour to ensure that products displayed on the website are available. However, PharmaOnline.com.au cannot guarantee stock availability. As such, PharmaOnline.com.au will not be liable for stock unavailability or for any direct, indirect, incidental, special, consequential or exemplary damages, damages from loss of profits, goodwill, data or other intangible losses, due to stocks being unavailable for purchase.

RETURNS POLICY

Customer satisfaction and service is of great importance to us here at PharmaOnline. If you are dissatisfied in any way with any of our products or services please feel free to contact us on 1800 452 177 or info@pharmaonline.com.au If any of our products are found to be damaged or different from what you ordered, you may request a refund in which your order is returned to us along with a copy of your purchase receipt (at our cost) for a full refund or replacement.

DELIVERY

All items are sent from our Laverton North warehouse in Melbourne, Victoria. We endeavour to process orders within 1 full business day and aim to have items delivered to you within 7 to 10 working days from your order submission.
All orders are sent nationally via Australia Post with a flat postage rate of $5 (all orders over $49 will receive free shipping) and your invoice will be sent to your nominated email address in your account profile. 
Your credit card will not be charged until your order is ready to send in full. We will contact you within 1-2 business days of your order submission if any items are either out stock or otherwise unavailable to discuss alternative arrangements.

NON DELIVERIES

If an order does not arrive within the expected time, please notify us on 1800 452 177 or info@pharmaonline.com.au

PharmaOnline.com.au will endeavour to track the status of the delivery and advise you accordingly. If your goods are lost in transit, PharmaOnline.com.au will replace the item and re-deliver at no cost to you. PharmaOnline.com.au reserves the right to investigate the nature of the non-delivery before agreeing to replace the item and re-deliver at its cost. If non-delivery is due to an incorrect delivery address provided by you, PharmaOnline.com.au will not be liable for the cost of replacing or resending the goods to the correct address.

PharmaOnline.com.au shall not be liable for any direct, indirect, incidental, special, consequential or exemplary damages, damages from loss of profits, goodwill, data or other intangible losses, resulting from non-deliveries.

DAMAGED GOODS

Goods that are damaged in transit or upon delivery must be notified to PharmaOnline.com.au on 1800 452 177 or info@pharmaonline.com.au within 7 days on receipt of goods.

PharmaOnline.com.au will replace damaged goods and re-deliver at no cost to you. PharmaOnline.com.au however reserves the right to investigate the nature of the damage before agreeing to replace the item and re-deliver at its cost.

PharmaOnline.com.au shall not be liable for any direct, indirect, incidental, special, consequential or exemplary damages, damages from loss of profits, goodwill, data or other intangible losses, resulting from damaged goods.

DEFECTIVE GOODS

Goods that are defective upon delivery must be notified to PharmaOnline.com.au on 1800 452 177 or info@pharmaonline.com.au within 7 days on receipt of goods. PharmaOnline.com.au will replace or repair defective goods and re-deliver at no cost to you. PharmaOnline.com.au however reserves the right to investigate the nature of the defect before agreeing to replace or repair the item and re-deliver at its cost.

If goods are found to be defective, return freight charges will be borne by PharmaOnline.com.au. PharmaOnline.com.au shall not be liable for any direct, indirect, incidental, special, consequential or exemplary damages, damages from loss of profits, goodwill, data or other intangible losses, resulting from defective goods.

Please note: If goods are found to be not defective on return, the cost of the return and re-delivery will be chargeable to you.
