Fish Oil is a source of the Omega 3 essential fatty acids. Essential fatty acids are incorporated into every cell membrane in the body, in the form of compounds called phospholipids. Omega 3 Fish Oil consists of EPA and DHA polyunsaturated fatty acids which help maintain healthy eyes, skin tissue and muscle. It also helps to maintain a healthy heart, cholesterol and triglyceride levels. In addition, Omega 3 Fish Oil has an anti-inflammatory effect, which may help reduce joint inflammation, swelling and mobility associated with arthritis.

Each capsule contains
Fish Oil natural 1000mg (equiv. Eicosapentaenoic acid 180mg, Docosahexaenoic acid 120mg and Omega 3 marine triglycerides 300mg).
Does not contain added: yeast, lactose, starch, gluten, sugar, artificial flavours, artificial sweeteners, artificial colours, preservatives or dairy products.
Directions for use: Take 1-3 capsules daily or as directed. Maximum 3 soft gel capsules per day. Store below 30º C in a cool dry place.
